Hollis’s training has been a lifeline for me. I began working with Hollis during the pandemic, a time when my wellness routine had fallen by the wayside. Juggling the responsibilities of raising two young children, worrying about finances, and then dealing with my mother’s stage 4 cancer diagnosis, I lost all motivation to prioritize my health and well-being.

Hollis has completely changed my perspective on training. Her infectious giggles make each session exciting, her dedication to her health is inspiring, and her commitment to our team’s goals is palpable.

Although I still struggle at times to stay consistent, Hollis’s workouts have been a game-changer. Even just a 15-minute beginner class can shift my outlook. I no longer see exercise as a chore but as a privilege—I “get to” work out and move my body. This shift in mindset has been crucial in my journey back to consistency.

I began training with Hollis when she was a guest trainer for the mirror in the early months of 2021. I instantly loved her energy, her laughter, her love for animals, but mostly her love to teach, even if it was through a mirror! When my fears take over of trying new things in my fitness journey, her constant reminder of “you won’t know unless you try” is what has made me feel empowered to grab those heavy weights. “Following her” (IG) is a feel good space with positive and uplifting messages. Her tips and advice for a healthy, happy life are transformational. I discovered her love for running which has been a favorite sport/activity of mine for years. Her personal messages with advice and encouragement has kept me pushing forward even with a constant battle of a long term injury.


I owe alot of my transformation both physically and mentally to Hollis. Although we have never met in person, she always let’s us know “I’m right here with you” and for me, she’s always right by my side.

Ever since I had my son in 2017 I have struggled with losing weight, making myself a priority. Starting on 2021 I decided to I make time for myself, work out 5 days a week and eating better. I got back into running, I feel strong again, and confident; I am so happy and proud of myself.

Hollis brought joy to my workouts!! Over time I have lost a total of 38 pounds and 30 + total inches lost.

I started training with Hollis while using The Mirror aka LuluLemon Studio. I had tried many trainers and loved them all but then I took a class by Hollis and I knew and that point she was my person. She has not only inspired my fitness journey but she has also personally encouraged my journey every step of the way from nutrition to self-love. I plan on having Hollis in my life whether it is virtual or personal for as long as she will have me.
